The Association of Plastic Recyclers

Plastic Package Design to Meet 2025 Circularity Commitments

The Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR), the Voice of Plastics Recycling®, will hold Industry Meets educational sessions on recyclable package design during PACK EXPO, October 23-26 in Chicago, Illinois. Attend one of the 5 sessions to learn how to create packaging that is Circular by Design™.

The APR Design® Guide for Plastics Recyclability is the leading resource to design packaging that is compatible with recycling infrastructure. Referenced by organizations across the globe – including the U.S. Plastics Pact, the How2Recycle® Label, The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and the State of California – the APR Design® Guide provides the tools you need to successfully meet your circularity commitment deadlines.

Join us to learn what it takes for a plastic package to be recyclable. You'll also hear real-world case studies from brands and their suppliers, and learn how to find suppliers with verified recyclable solutions. Each 90-minute session will feature a panel discussion followed by Q&A and networking.

Join us in Room W196A on the first floor in the West Building.
